Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you pay me for a service through fenegroni.com. Please read them before you pay. If anything is unclear, email me at [email protected].

1. Who I am

I am Filippo Negroni, a sole trader. I build AI solutions with my clients under the name fenegroni.com. My address is Flat 47 Aviator House, Addlestone, KT15 2US. You can contact me at [email protected]. I am not registered for VAT, so my prices include no VAT.

2. What you can buy

You can start in two ways.

£50 an hour is a founding client rate. It applies to every hour booked and paid for by 31 December 2026. I will set new prices for 2027 and publish them on this site before they apply. An hour you have already paid for keeps the price you paid.

Each purchase covers one problem. The price is fixed once you pay or once we agree a quote. All work takes place online, so I can work with you wherever you live.

My fee covers my time. Some solutions need subscriptions, API credits, a domain or better hardware. You pay for those directly, and I tell you about them before you book.

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The quote page can show an estimate in other currencies. If you pay in another currency, the exchange rate at the time of payment sets the final amount, and your bank may charge a conversion fee.

3. How the contract is made

You pay through a checkout page run by Stripe, my payment provider. Stripe then emails you a receipt and an invoice. I never see or store your card details.

• Build it together. You pay through the "Book an hour" button on this site. Our contract starts when Stripe confirms your payment.
• Done for you. The quote request and my quote do not commit you to anything. Once you choose an option, I email you a payment link for it. Our contract starts when Stripe confirms that payment.

4. Booking and rescheduling

I will contact you within 2 business days of your payment. For an hour together, we agree the focus and a time for our video call. For a done-for-you option, we agree a time for the handover call. If I can't help with what you need, I refund you in full before we meet.

You can move any call free of charge if you tell me at least 24 hours before it starts. If I need to move the call, I will offer you a new time, and you keep the full service.

5. What we build

Every solution uses tools and accounts in your name. You pay for any running costs those tools need. If I build the solution for you, you give me only the access I need, and you can remove that access once I hand it over. What we build belongs to you. You can change it yourself, and you are responsible for how you use it after we finish.

Your hour includes a short written recap, which I send after the call. For seven days after the call, you can email me questions about what we built, at no extra cost.

Later help is new work. If something stops working or the problem itself changes, email me. I tell you before any extra help costs money. You can then book another hour, or I send you a fixed quote, and we agree it in the same way.

6. Your right to cancel

This section applies if you are buying as a consumer, meaning for purposes outside your trade, business or profession.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day we made the contract. To cancel, tell me clearly by email to [email protected]. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

If you cancel, I will refund your payment within 14 days of the day you told me. I will use the same payment method you used, and you will not pay any fee for the refund.

When you pay, you ask me to start the work within the 14 days. If you then cancel, you must pay for the part of the work I have already done. I will work that amount out in proportion to the full price. Once I have fully provided the service at your request, you can no longer cancel it.

An hour together counts as fully provided when our video call ends. The written recap and the seven days of email questions come with it, but they do not keep the cancellation period open. A done-for-you option counts as fully provided when the handover call ends.

If you buy on behalf of a business, this cancellation right does not apply. You can still move the call under section 4.

7. My responsibility to you

I will provide every service with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong, please tell me and I will put it right, for example by fixing what we built. If I cannot put it right, I will refund a fair amount.

My advice is a set of recommendations. You remain responsible for the decisions you take and for the solutions you run.

I am not a doctor or therapist. The solutions we build help with everyday friction. They do not diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition, and they do not replace medical care.

If you buy as a business, my total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Your information

I use your name, email and billing details only to provide and invoice the service and to stay in touch about it. Stripe processes your payment under its own privacy policy. My Privacy Policy explains the details and your rights.

9. Complaints and law

If you are unhappy, email me and I will reply within 5 business days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there. If you live in another country as a consumer, you keep the consumer rights that the law of your country gives you, and these terms do not take them away.
